What I learn from setting BIG Hairy Audacious Goals…

What I learn from setting BIG Hairy Audacious GOALS…

Some people are afraid to set BIG goals because they don’t want to deal with the disappointment of not achieving those goals. The problem with that is that they will probably NEVER accomplish something extraordinary that their heart really desires like…

Starting that business… Owning that home… Running that marathon… Moving to that amazing place… Taking that DREAM vacation… Getting that degree… Climbing that mountain…. SKY DIVING…

We are a team of people who want to be the kind of people who accomplish BIG GOALS in our personal and professional lives!

What I have learned is that being the kind of person who accomplishes BIG things… is NOT easy. It takes EXTRAORDINARY commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to be uncomfortable and feel pretty stupid most days…. it means accepting that I am going to FAIL over and over and over and over again! That’s not an easy thing to do, and I can tell you from personal experience… IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT!

When I started my Real Estate Business I had NO clue what I was doing and yet I just kept going.

“You don’t need to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

This quote from Martin Luther King Jr. made a lot of sense to me. I had no idea what to do, or how to do it. AND.. I NEVER STOPPED TAKING STEPS! I put myself in places where I could learn from those who were doing what I wanted to do, and I did what they did. It was uncomfortable. I have learned. I have failed. I have grown. AND… I just keep taking those steps each and every day.

If you have DREAMSGOALSAMBITIONS… I am here to tell you that you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start… just begin. You will be so glad you did and in the process you will learn so much about yourself, your limitations, and that you are far more talented than you probably think you are…. AND you will probably accomplish more than you thought you could along the way! #goforit #dreambig
